The business was started in the 1970s by Peter Hall who was then already a successful pigeon racer in the local area.
He was commissioned to make a custom pigeon loft for a fancier in Manchester and Petron lofts was born!!…
Petron revolutionised the pigeon loft manufacture in the UK setting a new standard in loft design with winning and loft hygiene as the main target.
Petron built specialist lofts for many top fanciers and well known people in the sport, including famous footballers and Royality.
Sarah introduced a worldwide mail order service focusing on loft fittings and equipment which could be delivered direct to the fancier in addition to the core pigeon lofts business.
She became a partner in the business and it continued to go from strength to strength with new designs and technology bringing the sport up to the modern day.
By appointment to the late Queen Elizabeth II in the capacity of Pigeon Loft Manufacturer and is still very proud to hold this continuing to supply to the Royal Household.
